What can be the problem?

Why only showing the English menu items and not the dutch ones?
The dutch page is in the main menu as default/start page in all languages.

When I delete the english and dutch menu and only have the main menu it still does not work.
When I put English menu items (SP page builder pages in English(flag)) in the main menu, the menu items are visible.
However when I put Dutch menu items (SP page builder pages in Dutch (flag)) no dutch items are shown.
Very strange..

Can someone help me?
