Now this is interesting. With all the changes I've made and switching on $debug I have a observed:
1. Firefox is now working on the admin accordian menu opening and closing
2. Brave was working a bit longer before it stops working.
....and now it's not working again on either browser. I went to a plugin page and the accordion menu doesn't open anymore.
....and now at least it's working in Firefox again, if I refresh and go to the Home Dashboard, it occasionally resets something.
I am flabbergasted, confused and several other terms. Intermittent and unreproducable issues are hard to diagnose.
